2. Content and client responsibilities
Please provide content, brand assets and feedback needed for the agreed project. You are responsible for having permission to use the text, images and other materials you supply. Delays in receiving required information may affect the schedule.
3. Payments and additional work
Payment amounts and milestones are agreed in your proposal. Extra pages, integrations, revisions or other changes outside the accepted scope may require a revised quote and timeline before that work starts.
4. Domains, hosting and third-party services
Domain registration, hosting, software licenses, payment processors and other external services may involve separate charges and provider terms. Your proposal should identify what is included and who will manage each service.
5. Review, launch and handover
We review the agreed deliverables with you before launch. Approval, publishing access, handover materials and any post-launch support should be confirmed in your project agreement.
6. Ownership and permitted use
Ownership, transfer of project deliverables and any conditions relating to payment are defined in your written project agreement. Third-party software, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their own licenses.
7. Cancellations, refunds and support
Cancellation, refund, maintenance and support arrangements are agreed for each project in writing. Contact us to discuss the status and terms of an active project.
8. Search visibility and results
